User Experience Design and Web Development for Fidelity Charitable and Fidelity Workplace
I was a Product Designer on the User Experience Team for Fidelity Charitable integration with Fidelity Workplace. Our design team conducted agile design sprint processes for product creation and definition documented through design deliverables such as wireframes, user testing, userflows, interactive prototypes, and a living design system styleguide built with Git version control, HTML, CSS, Javascript and built with Node tools deployed to internal company urls.
Design System
I served as a designer and front-end developer for the design system and was heavily involved in the design of components and deploying code to the design system for developers to use components.
Design Sprints
We used a modified version of the Google Design Sprint to conduct all feature research, definition, user testing, prototyping, and visual design. Google Sprint methodologies were also used to create the living design system component by component and also allowed for flexibility in modifying and updating it.
Rapid Prototyping and Front-end Development
Developed rapid prototype tools for the design team to use in design and was heavily involved in deploying code to production daily for visual and UX enhancements.
